Membership Inclusions

  • Membership includes evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of arthritis and autoimmune conditions with Dr. Miller.

  • You have direct communication with Dr. Miller by text or email when questions arise, including weekends when needed.

  • Care is coordinated with your primary care physician and other specialists to keep your treatment aligned.

  • Appointments with Dr. Miller are structured to allow enough time to review symptoms, monitor progress, and adjust your treatment plan.

  • Quarterly labs such as CBC, CMP, ESR, and CRP are included, with more frequent testing when clinically appropriate.

  • Musculoskeletal ultrasound is used for diagnosis and ongoing disease monitoring when it improves accuracy and decision-making.

  • Dr. Miller incorporates guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress as part of your care to support long-term disease control.

Consults & Non-Member Care

01 | Comprehensive Consult 

Designed for patients with multi-system concerns, this visit allows up to 75 minutes for a detailed history, exam, and review of prior workup, with musculoskeletal ultrasound when appropriate. Communication is available during the workup period, followed by a 15-minute call to review results, discuss next steps, and determine whether ongoing care is needed.

03 | Virtual Consult 

Designed for new patients in rural Minnesota and Wisconsin who live too far from Oakdale for an in-person visit, this visit includes up to 60 minutes to review your history and symptoms in detail. It does not include in-office labs, musculoskeletal ultrasound, or a hands-on exam, and Dr. Miller will let you know if in-person follow-up is needed.

Pricing: $400

02 | Focused Consult 

Designed for patients with a single joint issue or more straightforward conditions such as gout or osteoporosis, this visit includes up to 45 minutes for a focused history, exam, and review of prior workup, with the same follow-up and communication structure as the comprehensive consult.

04 | Follow-up Visit

For established patients who prefer visit-by-visit care or are seen on an as-needed basis. Does not include membership benefits such as direct messaging, priority scheduling, or between-visit support.

Pricing: $300 for 30 minutes
